From start to finish this was a positive experience. We had gotten 3 other estimates for our project, and while Grace was not the lowest it was the most thorough and it was competitive. Representative Vinny Fazio, projected a great portrait of the company. We liked that it was family owned, insured and felt the work culture was above average. He answered all our questions and made suggestions. The work crew was great…they worked hard under some pretty inclement conditions. Francisco kept us informed and protected our house from damages due to removal of the old roofing materials. Marina Kuhn in the office handled our concerns promptly.
