When I visited the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, it had an eerie yet peaceful vibe all at once. The grounds are beautiful and filled with history, many of the tombstones date back centuries. It’s very open and spacious, perfect for exploring and taking in the atmosphere. I had a lot of fun touring it and definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys history, mystery, and a touch of the supernatural.

This might seem like an unusual review for a cemetery, but this is about our unconventional wedding that took place at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery thanks to the funeral coordinator, Christina. My fiancé and I wished to have a cemetery wedding for our 'Legend of Sleepy Hollow' theme, but put it out of our minds thinking it wouldn't be respectful to grieving families or might exceed our budget.
