Frank is a man of his word, the price he quotes is the same throughout. The only changes were ones we requested. Every team Frank send to our house from masons, siding, electricians, plumber’s, painter’s and carpenter’s were amazing. The craftsmanship was outstanding I could not believe the attention to detail each craft had. Let’s not forget Lexi in the office who was always so professional even when I was a bit stressed lol. We've done two big projects - rebuilding our front porch and then redoing our outside trim and painting - highly recommend. They deliver on their promises, very professional and Madeira, the project manager, is responsive and keeps things moving along.
