We recently used Elegant Limo for a trip to JFK airport in January 2023. Jerry was punctual and very friendly. We needed him at 5:30 AM the day after New Year's Day and he was ready. On our return trip the baggage was delayed by over an hour which means we kept him waiting outside. He did not complain at all and show no signs of impatience. He has my highest recommendation. Please ignore the review which states he does not accept credit cards. We paid by credit card. I will use Jerry and Elegant Limo for every trip in the future.
Spoke to Jerry and he was very personable and professional on the phone. I needed a ride from Tarrytown to JFK for 6 people and our luggage. The rate I was given was very reasonable and it included tolls. Jerry arrived a few minutes early and patiently waited for everyone in the group to arrive. He helped load the luggage and, shortly after driving away, he had no problem turning around so one in the group could pick up something she left at home. Had to catch a flight from Newark when my Uber ride canceled last minute and Elegant did not disappoint. My driver Jerry got me there on time for my flight! He was very accommodating with my short notice trip and even had waters and charging cables for my ride. Overall great experience and would recommend.
