John and his crew were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I had three very large white pines unnervingly close to my house and garage that were compromised inside by wood ants, and or rot. Each one was roughly between 70 to 100ft tall, and in a spot on the property pretty much inaccessible to equipment type vehicles. I really didn't want to loose them, and have them completely cut down. I did not think I could find anyone willing to do it, but asked if it would be possible to have them topped instead of dropped. These guys went above and beyond, and climbed all three trees to top them. It is absolutely incredible they were willing to do that for me. Not to mention the cost of the job was VERY reasonable, and WELL below what others had quoted me. I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" Handshake Tree Service to anyone who needs to have something done.
