Great prices, excellent customer service, honest business. We had a different flower company cancel a funeral flower arrangement 10pm the night before the funeral service. The next morning I called Sidney Flowers to see if they could help us out. They were able to put an arrangement together for us last minute and delivered it to the funeral home fast. Because they didn’t have the exact flowers I ordered from them, they took the initiative on their own to refund us $75. The arrangement was beautiful. Thank you, Sidney Flowers, for helping us out. I have ordered three separate bouquets from here and had them delivered. The transactions have always gone flawlessly, no trouble with delivery, and the bouquets have always been beautiful and last for weeks. I could not be happier. Also, anytime I call, they are polite and efficient.
I have used Sidney Flowers and Gifts whenever I need flowers or gifts. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their flowers are always fresh and beautiful. They have a wide range of gifts. For a local florist they are great especially for a small town.
