**long but worth the read** I could not recommend a company more. Premier roofing dealt with my unique situation with nothing but kindness, patience, communication, teamwork and respect. I had to purchase my home using an FHA 203k (rehab mortgage) due to the state of the house. The constant push backs and problems I ran into while trying to close on my house were beyond frustrating for myself but also for the multiple contractors I had arrangements with. I lost companies due to this, but not Premier Roofing. They stuck with me through it all and were nothing but understanding, patient, and kind. This was my first time buying a home, and it was one of the worst experiences I have dealt with. If not for the fact that I had an emotional attachment to this property I would have given up on it and looked for another home. But this was my childhood home, and I didn’t want to see it become another abandoned building left to rot and eventually cave in. The roof had been in disarray for my entire life, but in the last 10 years it couldn’t handle the test of time. The one side had gotten so bad that it had begun to leak inside the house, within the last 3 years the leak had gotten so bad that when it rained outside, it rained inside. It sat vacant for a couple years, and when my Dad told me that he was going to sell the house to a bank for a fraction of what it was worth I made the decision to buy it. I knew it would be a long and hard process to save this house, but I had hope. If not for the support and commitment to stay with me to see this project through I would never have gotten to see one of my lifelong dreams come true. This house was more than just a piece of property to me, and Premier Roofing new that. So they stuck with me through it all, I could not say thank you enough to this company. After a grueling almost 2 years, the day finally came where I was able to close on my home. Then the day finally came for them to come out and install my new roof and the team showed up and worked their butts off to do what I had been told by other companies, friends, and even family wouldn’t be possible to do. My house is 124 years old, and this new roof is only the 3rd one it has had. The amount of work needed to be done I was told would cost me more than the home was worth, an would take weeks to do. Premier Roofing did it in 2 days, they took the entire one side completely off, and the entire front porch roof as well. They replaced it with a beautiful new roof and gave this house a fresh new start. All within a beyond reasonable cost, something I was also told wouldn’t be possible. The team of men that came out were beyond professional, worked insanely hard and fast, were meticulous in cleaning up during the entire process. The ladies in the office, especially Meghan (I hope all your dreams come true girl) were so beyond amazing. If you live close enough to this company and need a new roof, I could not recommend a better company to go through. & again, to Premier Roofing, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You made my childhood dream possible and I couldn’t be more grateful for you. I wish you all nothing but the best and I will always have nothing but love for this company. 10/10 recommend.
