She treats you like a friend. I felt at ease and like I was catching up with someone I knew for a long time. Very personable. She Cares about her work and is skilled at mixing colors to make your brows match your hair or tweak it a bit for a subtle change.

Had Jaelyn wax my eyebrows and I absolutely LOVE them! Got some nice masks and things while she did them, and she communicated every step with me and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 recommend my girl Jaelyn for brows.
