I am deeply disappointed by the service we received at this veterinary clinic. Despite being recommended by family, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. According to the vet our dog needed a sonogram prior to being neutered. I took my dog in two weeks ago, unrelated to the surgery, to update his shots which at no point was there any discussion of the surgery or the sonogram ESPECIALLY the cost of it all. Throughout the entire process, there was zero transparency about costs with the tech Jay. We went ahead and scheduled the sonogram and still no disclosure about costs were mentioned. I have been coming here since Corner Animal Hospital first opened , Smokey was one of their first patients . Through the years they have saved my cats , they were exposed to a very sick kitten and had to be hydrated daily . Waldo screamed non stop upsetting the other cats so Dr Hayes and him bonded in her office during his stay there . Both of my cats were saved . My daughter brought her dog all the way from Brooklyn to be checked euring her sickness of Cushing disease , no unnecessary procedures were done on her .
