    There are so many things I would like to say about Dr. Kabari, but just amazing would be the short version. So happy with my overall experience. She is always so responsive and attentive. She's just awesome!!

    They are such big supporters and cheerleaders! From personal training with Melanie to nutrition with Kingsley Kabari, it’s all around an amazing experience! I don’t feel intimidated to be in a gym like I have struggled with in the past, but it’s truly it’s name “start to fit” I started and my journey so far is wonderful! Challenging in all the right ways, plus I did their 21 day cleanse and have not only lost 14lbs but 6” off my waist and feel so much better! Do it! You won’t regret coming to this place!

    I went for my first visit last week and Dr. Kabari. She was absolutely Amazing, knowledgeable and a very caring person!I cannot express how Impressed I was, the staff at the front desk were so welcoming and showed me around. Only 15-20 minutes away from Auburn . What a gem! Thank you Dr. Kabari for showing me we do not need to age gracefully.❤️
