I made an appt with Bridget, the owner I think. I told her I was in town for a short time for a funeral. When I arrived, there was a sign saying not open till 5:15. A woman in a car told me someone had been exposed to the virus. I called two more times leaving a message to reschedule. She never called me back. I made an appt with another salon because they were closed in California and I needed my color done before flying home. Terrible customer service.

I went there for a haircut !y hairdresser Heather Rozelle was rude and did not fix the haircut and the manager Bridget threw me out this was in 2008 now I go to hair elegance and have never been happier I love my hairdresser now Shannon Jean a great friend and a even better hairdresser
