The staff was very rude to my friend and very rough with my nails. I even got cut by my lady when using the electric drill file. They just over all seemed very annoyed that we were there.
New spot I tried, not very friendly greeting, took multiple calls during apt, no apology given.Simple manicure ended with no lotion, and off the counter used cuticle cutters. You can see loyal customer they know by name. But me a new person, short of bothered by being there. I'm being overly nice with 2 stars.
I did not have a car so I needed someplace I could walk to. I did not mind the 2 1/2 hour process. I was in a patient mood and willing to wait while being taken care of. I'm just not very happy with the end result, the nails are thicker than I wanted. They're lumpy And the color was not what I wanted. It was a little pricey, but then again all nail spas are. I'm willing to give it one more try and then I will definitely make a decision whether they are a thumbs up or thumbs down.
