The staff are super nice and the place is clean and calming but I never get the style I ask for. If you want a simple cat eye style then they got you but I showed them these reference pictures and this was what I got and then they charged me more for the extra volume even though I stated many times I don’t like a lot of volume because it irritates my eyes.
Edit: the owner moon reached out and was very accommodating when it came to rectifying the situation and offered to redo my lashes free of charge. I appreciate how much the business cares about its customers
I just had the pleasure of having Moom do the 60 minute Head Treatment and it was absolutely amazing!! ( it is on special til the end of the month) If you love getting your hair washed at the salon and getting a facial at a spa, this is a combination of the two, only better!
This spa is very clean and relaxing. I don't get my lashes done, but it's definitely my new place to go to for skin care, facials waxing, etc.

Very friendly staff, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and immaculate. I gave my lashes a break for awhile, but she remember what i liked,they even have colored eyelashes,my next visit i think i will add some.
