I had a new ductless system installed in my home by universe. Unbeknownst to me until a month later I was having a condensation leak from the lines in my ceiling where there was a connection made. I was in the middle of a family health crisis. I had a melt down and couldn’t handle dealing with this issue at the time. A leak in my ceiling seemed like the end of the world while dealing with my husband recovering from heart surgery. We do not expect something like this to happen and I was told by Tim that this rarely if ever happens. So unlucky me. I’m giving a five star review because universe /Tim are a company that didn’t run away from a problem. The servicemen came today and resolved the issues. My last ductless system from another company never cooled and never shut off and the company never stood behind what they sold us. I think it’s important to read reviews like mine because things do happen even when installed by the best companies like universe. It’s what a company does when you have a problem that does matter. So rest assured universe won’t run away! Thank you again Tim and crew!
Our HVAC didn’t work. A guy came (not from Universe) misdiagnose the issue. We contacted Universe and the service tech came right away within a day (free estimate) to diagnose the issue. Service tech knew exactly what was the issue. Came quickly! Efficient ! Problem resolve within 2 days!! Price is affordable compare to other businesses in Long Island. Highly recommended! I noticed some leaking from my AC unit so I called for service. Universe was able to send a technician(Chris) out this morning. He was so professional, knowledgeable and an all around great guy. He was able to fix the situation quickly and best of all it was under warranty. Thank you so much!
