Dennis came yesterday to service our 2 year old Generac generator. Altho it just needed the routine maintenance, Dennis went above and beyond to make sure all was in pristine running order and even took a considerable amount of time explaining to us the mechanics and longevity of the various parts of the unit. From my initial call to the office to arrange the appointment to Dennis servicing our unit, the entire experience reflected this company’s professionalism and courtesy.
