Recently had an outstanding experience with Barry and Long Island Opticians. He was highly recommended by a friend in the business so I decided to try him. Was in a hurry for new progressive lenses and frames, and new prescription lenses for my sunglasses. He was the nicest, most patient, professional, and knowledgeable eye-care professional that I have ever dealt with by far! He’s not the slightest bit pushy, let me try on dozens of frames giving honest opinions and NOT steering me to the most expensive designers, which has happened to me in the past. He spent an incredible amount of time with me, and I never felt pressured to buy. I ended up with a great new light pair of glasses and new sunglass lenses, in less than a week, for a great price! And when I picked them up, Barry made sure they were a good fit and didn’t let me leave until he did some fine-tuning and adjustments to make sure they were perfect! What a find he is!
