“My mother and I started going to Ohara in 2021 -- it was the first nail salon experience I'd had in over a year as a result of the pandemic. We were first drawn there by its cleanliness and willingness to comply with Covid protocols. The very sweet owner who was there at the time sold a few months later, but we were blessed when Yuni bought the salon.Yuni genuinely cares about her customers and makes sure that my nails stay healthy. She even special-ordered a design product that I wanted to put on my nails for my wedding, and it looked so great that in a few of my wedding photos, you can see my nails sparkling. Yuni also set the record straight with me after I received some misinformation about dip powder gel manicures, and that's all I get now!The rest of the staff is also sweet and accommodating, some offering massages while you wait for your nails to dry.While the signage isn't great from Glen Cove Avenue, please don't sleep on Ohara. The signage makes it harder to find so please spread the word! You will feel so taken care of. Other area nail salons are not always so welcoming.Services: Foot massages“
