“I’ve always been more than happy with my eyebrow and waxing services here, until my last visit. I came in for a Brazilian wax, which is priced at $40. That’s fine. But I was surprised and disappointed to be charged an additional $10 for a butt strip, something that is typically included in a Brazilian wax.

If the pricing has changed, just be upfront and increase the base price rather than adding hidden fees. It feels misleading, and I don’t appreciate that.

She listened to all of my questions and gave me great advice on how to achieve the look I was going for with both my hair color and a cut that flatters my face shape perfectly. Her attention to detail is incredible and you can truly tell she cares about her work. Not only is she talented but also super sweet which made the whole appointment such a positive experience. “Morgan was PHENOMENAL!! I have VERY LONG hair, and A LOT of it!! I told her I wanted a natural and neutral to warm tone (my hair color is naturally very ashy brown) and she was like MAGIC! She took her time and guided me to decide on a toner that would meet my needs/wants. She mixed the perfect amount of toner which truly stood out to me because most hair dressers under estimate my hair and end up needing to mix more 1/2 way through, I was SO IMPRESSED and I really appreciated her knowledge, expertise and attentiveness!!
