I got a bad pedicure last week and when I told them they immediately responded and offered to fix my nails for me free of charge and they look much better! I’m so glad I got a fresh new pedicure. Thank you for the great customer service.

My first time here was December, and I loved my manicure (purple with snowflakes). They don’t wear name tags so I don’t know who did my nails, but she was really nice.Fast forward to January, I went back and Rose soaked off my powder gel. She used the buzzer tool to take off my tips that I wanted to leave on, as I’d spent a while growing my nails out. She then proceeded to cut all my other nails short to match the length of the the tips she just took off. I would have paid for 4 new tips, but she did it so fast! Will I return maybe if I have an emergency last minute; not my first choice. Nails were nicely done but my feet not that happy.. it was like a 15 min manicure very quickly and half ass done..
