I had a really good experience!. No crowded waiting room. I didn't feel rushed by the staff and didn't have to beg for referrals for add'l appointments that needed to be made. Also, didn't have to deal with a rude receptionist and to top it off, this was my first time going there, I was able to call them to let them know I was running late because I went to the wrong part of town and they STILL saw me! I'm so grateful!. I would of given 5 stars if the signs outside and inside of the bldg were present to let me know I was finally at the right place but I would say I got FIVE STAR TREATMENT! Keep up the good work! Much thanks to my practitioner and the team!
Great office . My appointment was rescheduled a couple of times but Nelsa was able to help me every time with a new time and date. Mylorenz Encarnacion was amazing . Highly recommended it .
I have been searching high and low for a new OB/GYN since the one I had over 10 years moved hospitals 3 years ago. Have seen about 5 different ones who always made me feel rushed or they just did not care. Yesterday I had Dr. Pawl and I must say she was so thorough and really made me feel comfortable. She was amazing !!! I finally found one ! Also, reception was friendly and the nurse as well. Literally no complaints which is a first these days.
