Gina at Novi is really great. She is punctual, nice, smart, friendly, understanding, and great at cutting hair. She made sure to understand what I was looking for, and she took her time making sure she was careful and accurate. I really appreciate that she took the care she took to make sure she knew what I wanted.

Roberto is a master of his craft. He takes his time, gets to know you, listens to your wants, looks at as many inspiration photos as you can find. Isn't afraid to be honest, gives his input, and then begins to create!! I walked out so impressed with the whole experience and my cut, I think he just added another Novi client😉
