Nurse Kimberly Pryslak is extremely knowledgeable, took her time and seemed genuine. I never felt like she was trying to push a product on to me. The consultation lasted 1 hour, she took her time and answered in detail all of my questions. Additionally, Laurie (front staff) was extremely pleasant to speak with over the phone and once I arrived. She also sat with me to explain pricing and procedure. All in all, I would recommend this place to friends and family. Superb/Professional Staff, office is very clean and comfortable.

I am so happy with the service at Medi Tresse Westchester. Kim helps you every step of the way with all education, pre and post care. She is readily available, highly considerate and sincerely cares. I was so impressed by Laurie as well as the entire team. They are true professionals, love their work and dedicated to patient care and customer service. They are wonderful at what they do!

The initial consultation has captured my attention although I am only just beginning a 3 month initiatory protocol. I am ready to say that not only have I been treated with care and respect at a trying moment but the treatment plans seem designed for one as an individual, with thought to lifestyle and personal needs. I’m excited to begin this journey!
