I had been a loyal customer at Cozy Nails and always got excellent spa pedicures from Kim, but she was nothing and I had a spa pedicure in which my left leg was accidentally cut and bled for some time, but it was carefully cleaned and I paid for the pedicure and tipped the person who gave the pedicure. Unfortunately the scratch was deeper than thought and when I was able to go out after having a complicated hip replacement and stopped by to show that I still had a scab where I was cut, and said that in view of the injury I thought I should get a discount on my next pedicure. It has always been great, except now has become a money grab. The owner becomes nasty if you don't open your wallet up and leave a bunch of money there for a simple manicure and pedicure. And she thinks people are going to keep coming back for that nasty comments from her. And after you spend all that money she still makes comments like you are cheap when you don't want to keep going. Sad that she can't hold her mouth. Sad that I can't keep going there.

I’ve been coming for months. They’re nice ladies but they never let me do I want with my nails and just do what they want instead after telling them what I’d like to have done.
