I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience! I always request Michelle - my nails never chip and they always last past two weeks. She gives the best pedicure too!

I rarely leave reviews, but I am very disappointed in my most recent experience here. I got tips with gel and was told they were very durable and would last 3-4 weeks. Within 3 days, multiple nails had fallen off and the gel was chipping. Staff was friendly, but for over $100, I expect much better quality.

This place has changed a lot. The receptionist or manager talks to my technician in another language rudely and makes me uncomfortable.
What kept me coming back was the quality and the little things like the cleanliness, complimentary massage, sincerity and smooth scheduling. The previous management clearly cared more about customer service and ran things much more efficiently. I was willing to pay more as I was getting a excellent overall experience.
