Dr Cawein and her technician Were amazing. I brought a skittish rescue dog in that doesn’t like strangers barks and nips . Not a bark or a growl or anything out of her when sge met the Vet and her staff in the little room. The dog did not react. They are dog whispersers for sure. It was a truly pleasant experience. Thank you for not stressing out my new puppy.
It was such a relief to be able to bring Coco to a place with such wonderful caring people. You can tell they are all animal lovers.
Dr. Matthies was very professional, but also very friendly and gave us every detail we needed to know, including the financial info, which I actually think was more than fair. The staff was great too!
We will definitely be back.
I’ve always had great experience here with the front desk staff, tech and vet all being really friendly and accommodating to my rescue dog. They don’t take you for all you’ve got in the wallet either! Thank you for your help in caring for my boy.
