Unless you need a specialty staircase, this outfit will screw up your scheduling and delay the progress of your job. They make appointments and cancel in the morning. If you think to take the day off to watch the work, don't bother. They make it impossible to coordinate. Great craftsmanship but a nightmare to coordinate trades. Little consideration shown for the progress of YOUR job. Too overbooked.
Did a professional job on our new stairs. It was a complex project with many details and our stairs came out perfect. The guys were professional, courteous, and cleaned up the job site nicely when done. Highly recommend. 5 stars!
