Frank is a true professional. He took the time to solicit my preferences, offered his expert opinion on how to optimize for the results I desired, and proceeded to cut my hair in a meticulous manner--thinning out the sides to offset the thinner hair on top--explaining his thinking along the way, that resulted in the best-looking haircut I have ever had. I have tried in the past some highly-regarded barber shops in NYC, but none of their barbers ever matched Frank's skill. Thank you, Frank!
