Hey everyone I've been a customer of Jim's for a few years now and have another broken laptop that was dropped to bring over today or tomorrow... I have also sent several friends and family members over for their repairs as well... Oh and if you're a guitar player as I am, he always has a nice selection of new and I believe some used guitars for us to pick and strum on.... Thanks Jim for all you do for us.... My MacBook Air was running warm and having trouble cooling down. I called Jim at Onsite, and he had me bring the computer in that same afternoon. Jim walked me through the process as he removed the laptop's bottom panel and explained exactly what the problem was (the fan wasn't working properly). I'm only in town for a few days, so I didn't have time for Jim to order a new fan for me, but he was incredibly professional and set my mind at ease. I can't recommend Onsite Computer Service enough!
