“My MacBook Air was running warm and having trouble cooling down. I called Jim at Onsite, and he had me bring the computer in that same afternoon. Jim walked me through the process as he removed the laptop's bottom panel and explained exactly what the problem was (the fan wasn't working properly). I'm only in town for a few days, so I didn't have time for Jim to order a new fan for me, but he was incredibly professional and set my mind at ease. I can't recommend Onsite Computer Service enough!“
