Kyle was a literal life-saver for me with my situation as I am currently dealing with an eviction with my tenant. My tenant was pulling a classic tenant litigation strategy where they bring up an issue last minute to avoid evictions and caused the furnace to shut down on the unit due to temperature tampering. Mind you this Goodman furnace is relatively new.
I've had two other contractors look at it one stating motherboard is dead and needing a replacement of the unit and the other stating a new control board would be needed which would cost $400 total in parts and labor. I had read great reviews about KMW contracting. Kyle came to service my furnace and because my unit was getting older we decided on a newer more efficient furnace to be put in. He gave me a great price, arrived right on time. Did a great job on installing, cleaning up, etc. AND for the first time in 13 years my house is really warm and it's not 47 degrees in my bedroom. Don't hesitate to call Kyle for any of the services he offers.
We had our boiler serviced by another company who HIGHLY recommended we replace it. We contacted other companies for 2nd opinions and Kyle who owns KMW Contracting and while he said we could get another 4 years he also provided a quote on replacing it with a combi boiler. In addition we asked him about getting heat to our kitchen and he suggested radiant flooring. While Kyle is young, he is highly skilled, professional and very pleasant to work with. He completed the installation of the combi boiler and radiant flooring and we couldn’t be happier. He also came in $5000 less than other companies.
