Scientific Exterminating Services

Unqualified people are sent when you have pests. I was a valued customer for 16 years... until I actually needed the service due to German cockroaches. The problem went misdiagnosed and under treated for the first 6 weeks. After complaining, the receptionist Jessica,was rude and insulting. Stay away from Scientific Exterminators!!

I was extremely skeptical of Scientific when I first contracted with them two years ago. Reason being, the quarterly service was $400-500 cheaper then the other annual quotes I was receiving. And it included more coverage. I took the risk because it was cheap enough. I'm so glad I left Fox because the service is impeccable and I am really happy with the results. I had issues with rats coming in my yard and the first time they came, they set bait traps. Then they came back two more times within two weeks to check on the progress. That's service. They spray bee hives and I rarely see crickets anymore. Highly recommend

Seriously how can you effectively exterminate when you can’t even follow simple rules of the road. Laws are not for you decided to follow when you want to but to just follow. Giving other drivers the finger out of your marked company car is not really good customer service. And being on your phone instead of paying attention to what you’re doing is not really good business. I’d recommend hiring a company that is a dime a dozen that practices good customer skills at all times. Who knows what they’ll do in your home if this is how they behave outside it. Also I have dashcam footage of the above if the owners would like to see it.
