Excellent and Thorough Home Inspection!
We had our home inspection yesterday, July 29th, and were extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Manny arrived promptly and took the time to explain each step of the process.
He meticulously examined every aspect of the property, from the roof and exterior to the foundation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. We truly appreciated how he pointed out not only potential issues but also areas that were in good condition. He encouraged us to ask questions throughout the inspection and provided clear, easy-to-understand explanations.

Professional, diligent and a pleasure to do business with.
We had an incredible experience with Manny during our home inspection! As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous, but Manny made the process so smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly honest, pointing out both the strengths and potential issues with the property in a clear, no-nonsense way. What stood out most was how approachable and easy to talk to they were—answering all our questions patiently and explaining everything in a way we could understand. The detailed report they provided was thorough and easy to follow, which helped us make confident decisions. Highly recommend Manny to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional home inspector!
