“Darryl and his crew has been to one of my homes and has done a lot of work in my commercial property. Very attentive. Someone will always call you back. Prices are reasonable. Have been doing business with Abco for a little over 8 years. Abco has done work in my front office, personal office, all the way to my warehouse. They are actually doing a job for me now. “Half the house lost power while I wired ethernet cable from the router to a room upstairs through the attic. I called Bianco and a very patient lady, Phoebe answered the phone. I was called back by Steve right away and he asked me for a couple of simple things, possibly to save me time and money. I liked immediately that he was upfront and transparent.He came the next day and went right to work. He wasn't trying to get me to sign on some dotted line. He went right to the panel and started diagnosing and poking and fixing, with not one word about the price. Steve just wanted to fix the problem by getting down to it. I kept asking him questions and he answered them all until I realized I was talking too much for him to focus on the task in front of him.The panel needled a part which he left the premise to go and get. He went outside and caulked silicon to make it waterproof. The power was back up. He charged me a very reasonable amount and I paid him by Zelle. He gave me an estimate for a possible future work and that was very reasonable as well.I love the fact that he wasn't a salesman but rather a true professional who cared that I had safe and functioning electrical system. “I recently had Bass Electric install a floor outlet in my living room, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This wasn't a straightforward job—the electric panel is located in the basement on the wall opposite the installation site, and my basement has a finished sheetrock ceiling.

The electricians, Aidan and Will, were absolute pros. They managed to precisely locate the exact spot on the basement ceiling needed to reach the floor above. Their precision was incredible; the outlet ended up in the exact spot I wanted.

What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They had to remove a small piece of the basement sheetrock to connect the wiring, but they neatly reattached it afterward. You would never even know they were there!
