Arthur was very professional. He called back quickly after my leaving a message. We set up a time for him to come & he arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. Provided us with a quote & a planned start & end date. All the work was done based upon the quote. He was neat & cleaned up daily. His work is superior. Arthur and his team did a phenomenal job on our home. Throughout the process he was pleasant, efficient, and very punctual. He also made everything so much easier by purchasing some of the material for us so that we didn’t have to. Arthur was great. I had him come give me an estimate for a flooded ceiling due to a washer.I unfortunately had to call an audible and swap the time for him to visit. He was completely accommodating . Then I pulled another flag; I asked for a same day estimate quote for the repairs, so I can submit to insurance before the weekend.He provided me a same day quote. Im awaiting for the insurance to approve, but I am glad I called Arthur and I will be using him if the insurance approves the quote.
