Arthur was very professional. He called back quickly after my leaving a message. We set up a time for him to come & he arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. Provided us with a quote & a planned start & end date. All the work was done based upon the quote. He was neat & cleaned up daily. His work is superior. Arthur was great. I had him come give me an estimate for a flooded ceiling due to a washer.I unfortunately had to call an audible and swap the time for him to visit. He was completely accommodating . Then I pulled another flag; I asked for a same day estimate quote for the repairs, so I can submit to insurance before the weekend.He provided me a same day quote. Im awaiting for the insurance to approve, but I am glad I called Arthur and I will be using him if the insurance approves the quote.
