About Happy Feet

Happy Feet is a massage business known for its skilled therapists and good service. Many customers appreciate the deep tissue massages, which effectively relieve knots and muscle tension. However, some clients have found the pressure to be quite strong, occasionally leading to soreness afterward. It's important for visitors to communicate their comfort levels regarding pressure during the massage. The atmosphere includes relaxing music, and the business also offers foot reflexology. With competitive pricing, Happy Feet is recommended by many, making it a popular choice for those seeking a thorough massage experience in the Hamptons.

I was able to walk in today (a winter Saturday) and get an incredible 30 mins. Foot massage. It is a gem in the heart of Hamptons’ hustle. The staff are kind and gentle souls. Tom, the lovely man who gave the massage, had magic hands. He was yet gentle. My body melted into the chair. The chair was also as heavenly. It must be a “zero-gravity” type recliner because I felt as though I was sitting on a cloud. A perfect choice for a relaxation.

I am not someone who regularly gets a massage but after a really rough last couple days I came here for the combination massage and it was so amazing!! The staff was very friendly and the massage was wonderful!! I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. If I ever make my way back to sag harbor I will come here again!

First off, this is not a massage Americans are used to. Chinese acupressure is a medicine. They find the point of issue and solve it. Many reviews here say it hurts, gives pain etc. The saying is no pain no gain. It's what happens here. Have a pulled neck? Knot in your back? Sore calves from working out? The talented staff here will solve your problem . Will it be 'relaxing' with the oils and aromatherapy and all the bells and whistles people in Sag Harbor are used to? No. So they should fly in their preferred massage therapist to touch their skin so it's 'relaxing' yet does nothing to actually solve their problem. Here, they don't play around. This is Chinese medicine Acupressure at work. Today I went in and indicated my lower back and neck were hurting. In truth they have been hurting for months. The gentleman who gave the massage had an uncanny knack for finding the exact places needing addressing. Through using his forearm he was able to identify the location, then through acupressure, work them out. Was it fun? No. Did it hurt? Yes. But I walked out with my lower back feeling zero pain and I haven't had my back feel this good in years. I got the 60 minute body and foot massage. In 60 minutes I walked out feeling incredible. It wasn't always fun, relaxing or whatever. But it corrected the root problems that would only continue to be an issue had I not gone through the discomfort. Look at this as medicine, and your perspective will be transformed. This isn't woozy relaxing spa comfort. This is the real deal. Solve or not solve. It's your call. I recommend this place 10/10. My only issue was there was in fact a lot of noise in the room about 20% of the time. Most was quiet where staff would prefer to signal than speak, generating an expectation of silence in an open room massage format. Beautiful classical music was playing throughout. Then again, this is typical of authentic Chinese acupressure rooms. I don't expect perfection in silence but if it really bothers you bring noise canceling headphones. This is a place of healing, not a spa.
