Was turned away at the door! Was 20 minutes late due to traffic and parking and was told that the hours on Google are incorrect, they wouldn't be able to help me because it would take too long, and I should have came an hour earlier than my appointment was scheduled! I have gotten highlights before, specifically balayage (what I asked for) and I have never been made to feel like I'm inconveniencing my hair stylist. Ridiculous.

I just want to start off by saying I am new to the area and I'm currently looking for a new location to get my Brazilian wax, I figured what better way to try out a new location by using a groupon and testing out a location before actually buying a package that is best for me for my future visits. I bought a groupon that gave me four sessions of Brazilian hard wax. My first session was not so bad expect the appointment time was not accrete, I waited a good 20 mins until getting called, just an fyi the place did not have anybody therefore it was not busy. The lady who finally did my wax did a good job I will admit that. Now time for my second session I called to make my appointment and the owner answered the phone, he clams he has two women that do waxing but really only want to give me service from one which is the one I previously had service from Hilda, this lady is hardly available so I kindly asked if I can make the appointment with the other lady, he clams she is there all the time but she don't like to take new clients or like to do first timers, which I'm not a first timer I been getting wax for the last 2 years, he mentioned to me she was not as good as the other one. My question to him was why do you have these two ladies if you only want to give clients to one? he still refused for me to make an appointment with the other lady. So now I have two sessions left and nobody to do the service, the owner was very rude to me, he said I should come when that one particular women is there which is Hilda. I explain to him I do work and her schedule don't fit mine, he said to me " I must figure it out and come only for Hilda." then hanged up the phone one me. What kind of business is this? defiantly a red flag, this explains why they are on groupon and seeking for clients, you cant seek for clients and have horrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO HERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE!

Rocco did an awesome job with my haircut and highlights. Bought a Groupon it was the best price around and I left happier than any salon I’ve been to. They know their trade and did exactly what I wanted. Actually I wanted to go even lighter but he suggested I shouldn't cause of my hair damage. I’m so glad I listened to him!Services: Hairstyling
