More & more frequently whenever it rained water would seep in by two areas and recently it became too much. I called multiple services first estimates. Frank came over the same day, explained the problem and the solution. His quote was reasonable and the time frame quicker than others. He also guaranteed his work. He and his crew came over on time, dug trenches, installed pipes and a sump pump, all in a day. Next is where things could have gone wrong, but Frank is dedicated to his word and work. The next rain, water still came in from one of the areas. Frank immediately came back with his crew and did more work to address the problem. No extra cost or complaints. Frank, helped us get our garage dry over a year ago and we are still dry today. In addition, Frank helped us redirect water from our driveway and that solution has worked well. The most impressive thing about Frank is that he is a man of his word. Last week when our area got over 3” of rain, water came into our basement due to an area that was recently sealed up ( Not by Frank) and Frank showed up, that day in the rain, to help us determine the best solution to correct the problem.
