Lorono Construction has been working on a big project behind my house on Rockridge RD. We patiently put up with the noise, rock pounding, airborne chlorine or some toxin etc. My neighbor and I have tried to contact them for months because 2 trees are very dead on their property and will fall on our property potentially creating a very dangerous situation to human life or house damage. They have not responded after months of trying.Today I called the receptionist Karen who was so rude and refused to say whether or not they were going to take down this hazard. She said,"I can only confirm I will give him the message." I can't confirm if he will do anything. "She did not even want to disclose his first name. It was quite surreal. I told her that we wanted to resolve this in a neighborly way and I did not want to send a lawyer letter. She got pretty testy. I told her that I just want to know what next steps need to be taken. She told me ,"I already told you I will give him the message." This is quite distressing that despite the risks to persons and property, we cannot get the company to respond. We cannot go on their land to chop these dead trees down.
