A truly phenomenal experience with all members of the team going above and beyond. We bought several rugs for different rooms - both area rugs and wall to wall rugs, as well as a runner for the staircase. Communication was great. Any issue that came up was resolved expeditiously and exceeded our expectations.

I had an excellent experience with Luke. Customer service 5 stars, installation by Marco quick and skilled. The Karastan carpet came out gorgeous and feels extremely soft from the thick padding underneath. Pricing more competitive than another local company I compared to, and the customer service was far superior than the other store. Call Luke for your carpet needs!
