My 2 daughters and I, like many, do not look forward to going to the dentist. My oldest has a lot of issues with her teeth, and I have been as well. She has had numerous "scary" (painful) encounters as we moved around Westchester, and thus needed a new dentist. Well, Dr. Manning and her staff have not only laid the dread of the dentist visit to rest, but they actually make us look forward to going. It sounds absurd, but it is true. They aren't ever judgemental when my daughter says she only brushes once a day, or if she says she doesn't floss regularly, or when my oldest gets more cavities. They are wonderful with children, teens and adults. They make you feel at ease, and like you've known them for years. Dr. Manning has a sweet yet professional demeanor, and is always gentle and thorough. We went to our bi yearly appointments this month. In the midst of the pandemic, I was pretty concerned, but as we have had issues with our teeth, I didn't want to wait much longer. If you're worried about safety in public, I will tell you that they were as cautious and meticulous as can be. Masks mandated for all patients, sanitizer available all over the waiting room, touchless temperatures taken, as well as a health form. The hygienists wore 2 masks, and everything was cleaned immediately after use/touch. We felt safe, and I am thankful. It has taken us a great many years to find "our dentist," but Dr. Manning is now part of our lives!
I go to Dr. Manning with my entire family which includes a young daughter with anxiety and a teenage daughter with Asperger's. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. They take special care with both of my daughters to keep them comfortable and calm throughout. We got in as soon as we could (once Covid restrictions lifted) and the office is taking all the precautions to keep us and the rest of their patients safe. I could not recommend them any higher!
