Got the sauna and massage package. Lindsay was my masseuse and he was great! Took the time to listen to my pain areas and show me how to stretch at home before even getting the massage. Sauna was very clean and staff was attentive.

This place is convenient and has an infrared sauna that is easy to book and no fuss. I wish they had hooks in the room for the clothes but outside of that the staff is really helpful and pleasant. It's a bit more expensive than some other places but this is Darien. It is to be expected given the area.

love this place! it's the best little escape. I drive all the way from Long Island just to come here because the location is beautiful. The establishment is clean and so relaxing. The staff is great! It is simply just the best experience !
