I happened to be receiving P.T. for an impinged rotator cuff at StarPro Physical Therapy in Rye Brook with Nardeen Abdelsayed and we talked about the fact that I had severe scoliosis. She mentioned that treating scoliosis was her specialty especially with a method called Schroth Therapy. Eventually, I began going to see her for P.T. at StarPro for my scoliosis. I learned so much concerning how to stand, stretch and mainly to elongate the side of my body that was concave due to the curve in my spine. I worked with Alex for just a short time since I was moving briefly after starting PT. Had an acl surgery and Alex + team were great. Super nice, super knowledgeable, and super helpful. Made great strides each of the times I went due to Alex. Loved the way he was able to explain things to me, made it easier for me to understand what my issues were from the surgery and how to best beat them. Seemed to really care about all of his patients, and was super respectful about the fact that I wouldn’t be working with him throughout my recovery. Still invested in me as a patient despite few visits.
