I have been a member of Rye Brook Personal Training for many years. The trainers are knowledgeable and professional. The sessions are personalized to each clients specific interest or need. The nutritional counseling is informative. Most importantly, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is not intimidating and clients are treated with respect. Overall, a wonderful place to work out, feel good about yourself and succeed. Highly recommended. David K.
