The owner joe is a down to earth guy really helpful gym is clean if you’re looking for a place to get in an actual workout this is the place not planet fitness and all the other chain gyms
Good place to go and get some exercise. I like the Tred Mills the best. We have a membership so it is nice to go down anytime you want to use it. We will use it more as time goes on.
Staff is friendly and very helpful. Class instructors are in tune with the students and really care about your well-being. Equipment, bathrooms and showers are always clean. There are some unique pieces of exercise equipment which adds variety to your workouts.
