Reside in NY for almost 3 years and just recently found Hair definition Salon and Bubbles is now my hairstylist. I am so happy and content with my hair care & style .. she is the best at what she do. It’s such a relief to actually find a hairstylist that actually knows not only to style, but also knows how to keep clients hair staying healthy which is super important. I went here a few days ago for the second time, I was going to write a review after the first visit but I needed to be sure, I'm sure... I love the energy in this place. All the hair artists in here have wonderful attitudes and personalities. The shop is very warm and welcoming, very dope atmosphere.My path to this shop was a long one that began with a loctician I found in New Rochelle. My cut was amazing by Bubbles. She's definitely a great vibe. The cut was nice and my hair looks healthy and smells amazing too. However, she made me pay her price just to have an assistant do my touch up relaxer. I booked a relaxer and a trim. With the relaxer my roots were still kinky as though it wasn't finished processing. Her assistant washed my hair out and ripped through all the knots and combed from root to tip instead of tip to root. Now, it's time to pay, despite the ultra loud atmosphere, with Christmas Eve drinking, I was ready to get out of there but I was loving my cut so it made it all worth it.
