It's absolutely upsetting to say this but please do not go here. Overcharging is an understatement. Very manipulative and it's sad when you try to stick up for yourself to negotiate a price that's fair and you're met with excuses and a locked door. The interaction was calm, she's a sweet lady, but business wise. No. Please support elsewhere.

These people damaged my hair and I came in for cornrows no extensions. They blowdriedb my hair and I told them to stop because my hair was already stretched and they tried detangling my hair with a rat tail comb after I told them to stop immediately each time they tried like the wide tooth comb wasn’t right there. Horrible service. Complaining bc I didn’t want extensions. Never step foot in here if you have long healthy hair. It’s 2025 and I have to cut my hair because of these people. My braids were in for 10 days.

This is not the place to go! Overpriced and the style is not even what you asked for. the quality of hair is not great either. When I was finished, I noticed so many knots at the end of the hair and had to ask for them to be cut out. I pointed out so many and she didn't even take the time to examine to see if there were more, I had to keep asking. For this to be you craft, I'm terribly disappointed in the service. I most definitely will not be spending my money in this establishment again.

Also, they do not sanitize the hair tools. They just got from one head to another. I had to ask for the items to be cleaned before starting on my head.
So outrageous!
