I used the firm for SSDI. I spoke to attorney John Patituci on the first visit and was assured he would work with me through the entire process. That meeting was the ONLY time that he spoke to me including telling me the outcome of the case. Totally unprofessional!! Paralegal Lisa Taormina was the only reason I stayed with the firm. She kept me informed what I needed to do and what stage the case was in. Lisa was also the person who called me to go over the results of the case. Rating: Attorney 0, Paralegal 10!
