Very professional company!! So glad I chose Terminix!! Had a horrific influx of wasps nests around my house; we tried everything but they were just multiplying every day. Called Terminix; John came right away to assess what was needed. He showed us where there was also termite activity and gave a very thorough survey and plan to rid my house of the wasps and termites. Rich the Technician was amazing!!! Bravely and efficiently sprayed the nests and also I stalled termite canisters. The office staff was terrific with info emails on the process before and after as well as sending the contracts and all billing info. Highly recommend!!!!Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
Earlier this week, Terminix's technician Dashawn Grant came over to our house to do our scheduled termite check. Mr. Grant was friendly, thorough, meticulous, and very helpful, completely answering my wife's questions about the status of our property after he had finished his inspection. A few days later, going to Terminix's website, we found a PDF file containing the report on his visit, detailing the results. We are very happy with Terminix!
