Kathy is fantastic. She is kind, helpful, very knowledgeable about pest control, highly responsive between appointments, and, despite the fear most customers (including me!) have about pests, Kathy conducts appointments with non-alarmist calm. The technician was on time, very friendly, told me what he was going to do and what to expect, and when he was finished, let me know how everything went. I don't think the tech could have done anything else. I was very happy.
We have been with Terminix since we moved in. No matter what the issue we have faced through the years (yellow jackets, carpenter bees, sugar ants, etc), Harley saves the day. With no hesitation he jumped into our dirt crawl to see if there was any issues. He also jumped in our cement crawl and literally crawled the entire space looking for any issues. Even fixing our insulation that had fallen down. I highly recommend Terminix because of how Harley has serviced our house. Not to mention the service is still cheaper than the guys who drop by door to door trying to steal our business. Call Terminix and ask for Harley, you won’t be disappointed.
