Although Bill is very nice. Connie takes forever to return calls when there is a problem. Bottom line I spent almost 500 bucks on dryer repair and it was still not working. I was promised I'd get a call the next day after their last visit and never heard from Connie once again. Wasted my money and had to go to PC Richard to get a new dryer. Very disappointed to say the least.

Had a puddle forming in front of my fridge everyday like clockwork... Called island appliance and received an immediate call back and appointment. The tech came diagnosed the issue and recommended a line heater at $300 plus.. Had the job done within an hour. Loved the results.. Great job for about 7 months... Darn thing started leaking again.. Daily puddles! Called Island appliance and left a messsge.. My mistake in informing them that the job they did failed.. Took two weeks for a woman named Connie to call back. She informed me she v would inform her repair guy and get back to me.... Two weeks later, no call back. Still mopping up puddles.... Not a good look... High...read full review

Had called on 6/12 for dishwasher not working. Collen said early appt is 6/19 Very disappointed ! Had a 12 00 apt on sat . Never came I called and knowone answered hello we had an apt. Knowone ever came,texted him at 3:ish got a text at 6 saying I'm sorry running late, texted I can come after 7 pm. He came and said pump gone will call us whith amt. 95.00 for coming to house but deduct towards part. Paid 100.00 cash 6/21 can you let me know oh your get a call from Colleen around 329+ tax .4_5 days .that night I text okay.6/23 do you want me to order it .I said okay.
