Al helped bail me out of a bad install from a different company 18 years ago and I have never forgotten. So when it came time for an update of my current system Cool Air really was the only Company I called......The price was fair and the job was done in a day. As other reviewers mentioned the job was done neatly and the installers including supervisor Stephan were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a small issue with a motorized split damper (which was my original unit) and my thermostat and Al sent a tech guy out who reprogrammed all my thermostats in a matter of minutes and no issues after that. Needless to say we are very happy and would highly recommend them
Have never had a service company as professional, polite & considerate as Als’ Cool Air Design.. AL is Amazing !!! He CARES about his customers!??. They don’t make them like Al anymore.. His company has changed my back and front AC units , and you would never know they had been removed .. Drop cloths, shoes covered, etc. and if there’s something he doesn’t service, he will refer you to someone reliable that does.. He truly is a great guy. ??
I needed to replace my old AC unit. Al & his company, Cool Air Designs came highly recommended from friends of ours. I called Al for an estimate and he was there the next day, right on time. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I met with several HVAC companies and no one could compare. His pricing was incredibly reasonable which included a high quality Lennox unit with an Aprilaire whole home air filtration system. He is one of the most genuine and professional contractors we have ever hired. His crew was exceedingly skilled, efficient and did a really clean job. They went above and beyond from start to finish.
